Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Required

- 10+ years of operations leadership experience in a service-based business
- Experience leading multiple teams in complex environments
- Strong analytical thinking and decisive action
- Comfortable leading difficult conversations and driving accountability
- Ability to define and utilize meaningful metrics for decision-making
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote setting
**Additional Details:**
The compensation for this role includes a base salary of $120,000 with a quarterly bonus of up to 40% for exceptional performance. Benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development support are provided. The ideal candidate is someone who values ownership, cares about people and reputation, and takes pride in building strong teams and systems.
This role is not suitable for first-time managers or individuals seeking immediate P&L ownership. It offers a clear growth path within the company, focusing on operational excellence rather than P&L ownership. While experience in environmental or testing services is a plus, it is not a requirement as the company values strong operators above niche experience.
