01Overview
You own how the revenue cycle actually runs for our US clients: charge capture and billing, eligibility and authorization, payment posting, denial management and AR follow-up. You lead senior managers and their teams, you own the client-facing performance numbers, and you are the operational counterpart to Client Services when a CFO asks why a metric moved. This role requires genuine fluency in RCM metrics. If you cannot explain what is driving a net collection rate or an AR over 90 trend, this is not your seat.
What you will own: Client performance metrics; End-to-end delivery; Denial prevention, not just denial work; Leadership of senior managers; Client operational reviews; Capacity, quality and cost
What we look for: MANDATORY: demonstrable mastery of RCM metrics, net collection rate, gross collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate, clean claim rate, cost to collect, charge lag and DNFB; Twelve or more years in US healthcare revenue cycle operations, with five or more leading multi-function teams; Has owned client-facing performance numbers and defended them to US stakeholders; Deep denial management capability: CARC and RARC analysis, appeal strategy and root cause elimination; Strong people leadership at the senior manager layer across shifts .
