15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including 10+ years leading teams and managing managers Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple teams around shared goals Experience designing and delivering complex, scalable systems in cloud environments Strong foundation in system design, architecture, and modern engineering best practices Technical depth across: Backend: Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture Databases: MySQL, Oracle, Redis Frontend: JavaScript, React, TypeScript, modern frameworks Mobile: Flutter or native iOS/Android development Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve engineering productivity High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading or partnering closely with Site Reliability Engineering teams Familiarity with modern DevOps and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux/Unix, Nginx, Apache, ELK stack) Background in e-commerce, supply chain, or other high-transaction environments Masters or advanced degree in a technical or business field Why work with us: We have awesome benefits We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
