The Director, Offshore Delivery for the Avaap Center of Excellence (ACE) provides senior local leadership for our India-based delivery center as it scales. This person works closely with US practice leadership to execute the growth plan, manage the India management layer, and ensure the team operates effectively across time zones.

Responsibilities
- Delivery center operations: Oversee the operational performance of the India delivery center including utilization, margin contribution, and cost management in coordination with US leadership.
- Hiring and talent strategy: Make hiring recommendations, and partner with Talent Acquisition to manage the local talent pipeline.
- Management oversight: All India managers (integration and functional) report to the Director. The Director ensures span of control, team structure, and management quality are maintained as the team grows.
- Retention and culture: Help drive the people programs, compensation strategy, career development, and team culture initiatives for the India team.
- Client relationships: Serve as a senior India-based point of contact for escalations and participate in client conversations alongside onshore leadership as needed.
- Strategic planning: Support execution and iteration of the expansion plan based on local market conditions, talent availability, and demand signals. Report into the US-based Leader of Integrations Practice.
