Director - Product Management

As a Director, Product Management at Modernizing Medicine, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic product initiatives and shape the future of healthcare technology within a fast-paced healthcare IT company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of product managers to ensure alignment with overall product strategy and fostering their professional growth. - Contributing to the strategic roadmap prioritization by assessing stakeholder needs, developing business cases, and determining ROI. - Partnering with product leadership peers to support their strategic plans and roadmaps across value streams. - Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and overseeing and approving product plans, features, and enhancements in collaboration with Product Management, Development, and Software Regulatory teams. - Directing the planning and execution of cross-functional aspects of the product roadmap, ensuring that acceptance criteria, quality, performance, and compliance goals are met. - Analyzing existing and new technologies, market developments, and competition to develop product technical specifications and requirements. - Tracking market trends and competitive offerings to influence product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and company goals. Your qualifications and skills should include: - 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in management leadership roles. - Experience building and managing high-performing product teams across a complex product portfolio in a multi-country offshore delivery model. - Strong business acumen, communication skills, leadership abilities, functional area expertise, and relationship management skills. - Ability to set and drive big picture strategy as a product leader while providing detailed guidance on individual projects. - Experience with AI tools, AI models, and managing AI-focused product teams. - Proven track record of balancing product priorities with external constraints/timelines in a collaborative environment. - Experience in driving the end-to-end development and delivery cycle for high-growth technology platforms and services. - Ability to manage the complexity and scale of large organizations/ecosystems. - Routine weekday availability through 11pm Eastern Time for maximum collaboration with US-based product leader peers and their teams. - Bachelor's Degree required.
