01Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operational Leadership: Develop and execute the operational strategy for the RCM division, aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision and financial targets. Revenue Cycle Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue capture, reduce denials, accelerate collections, and minimize aged accounts receivable. Process Excellence & Innovation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement. Streamline end-to-end RCM processes (Coding, Billing, A/R, Payment Posting) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Technology & Analytics: Leverage data analytics to gain actionable insights into billing trends and performance. Spearhead the integration of new technologies and automation to optimize workflows and reporting. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of escalation and strategic partner for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high satisfaction, and long-term retention. Team Development & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a large, high-performing team of managers and specialists. Foster a collaborative and accountable culture focused on growth and excellence. Financial & Cost Management: Oversee operational P&L, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective practices without compromising on quality or compliance. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure 100% adherence to all healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid). Proactively develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. 15-20 years of progressive experience within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, AVP, or similar) overseeing large-scale RCM operations. Deep, hands-on knowledge of the entire US RCM lifecycle, including Medical Coding, Billing, Claims Management, A/R Follow-up, Denial Management, and Credentialing. Proven expertise in process optimization, financial management (budgeting, P&L), and performance metrics (KPIs). Demonstrated experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR, billing software) and driving technology-led process improvements. Strong understanding of US healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.). Ideal Candidate Profile:
