As a Director-Analytics at Innovaccer, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the development of data and analytics products that deliver actionable insights and meaningful business outcomes in the healthcare domain. You will be responsible for operationalizing product strategy by defining the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the analytics product portfolio, working closely with senior analytics leadership, sales, and customer success. Your role will involve engaging directly with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover true user needs and translating those insights into effective product solutions. Additionally, you will lead the creation of intuitive dashboards and compelling data visualizations that simplify complex information and guide users to action.
