As a Disconnections Administrator, you'll play a vital part in managing and processing customer service disconnections, ensuring mobile, cloud and connectivity services are offboarded appropriately and efficiently when a customer is leaving Onecom.
This role demands a keen eye for detail in handling extensive data and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer disconnection requests accurately and promptlyLiaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer transitionsMaintain up-to-date and accurate records of disconnection activitiesRespond to customer queries and resolve any issues related to disconnectionsCollaborate with billing and sales teams to ensure alignment in customer accountsAnalyse disconnection data to identify trends and suggest improvement areasEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of disconnection processes
