Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, inventory movement, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, material dispatch, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of materials.

• Handle inventory, stock movement, and material management.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documentation.

• Monitor inward and outward material transactions.

• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth dispatch activities.

• Maintain inventory records and prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.

• Verify dispatch quantities and ensure accuracy before shipment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
