Roles and Responsibility:
- experience in Collections, Recovery, Repossession, Asset Disposal, or Retail Asset Operations within Banks or NBFCs.
- Experience in vehicle finance, mortgage, consumer finance, or secured retail lending will be preferred
- Maximize recovery realization through timely disposal of repossessed retail assets.
- Achieve disposal targets while minimizing inventory holding costs and asset aging.
- Monitor recovery realization against valuation, reserve price, and outstanding dues.
- Develop and implement disposal strategies to improve auction success rates and overall recovery.
- Retail asset recovery and disposal expertise
- Auction and liquidation management
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Robust analytical and MIS reporting skills
- Knowledge of SARFAESI, repossession, and auction processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
