01Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Exhibitors, distributors to drive placements, smooth operations, and repeat business
- Support Branch Lead in finalizing release terms, coordinate negotiations, and ensure timely completion of agreements/contracts and required release documentation
- Work with exhibitors to ensure maximum shows and favourable showtimes for company releases; monitor adherence during the run
- Coordinate placement of standees/posters and other assets; ensure high-visibility locations inside/outside theatres and compliance with brand guidelines
- Track collections, settlements, and outstanding recoveries across the region; follow up to ensure timely remittances and resolution of discrepancies
- Prepare and circulate daily collection reports (theatre-wise/show-wise where needed), ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and timely escalation of variances
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing/publicity, finance) and exhibitor counterparts to ensure a seamless release and reporting flow
Education Requirement:
- Necessary: Graduate in any stream
- Desired: Graduate in any stream
Experience Requirement:
- Necessary: 6-8 years of experience in Distribution Accounts
- Desired: 10 years of experience in similar profile
