Role: Distribution Finance
Experience: 5 Yrs+
Role & responsibilities :
Monitor and analyze distributor sales, collections, and outstanding receivables.
Review distributor profitability, margins, and financial performance.
Manage credit limits, credit approvals, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support distributor onboarding, financial evaluations, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations.
Reconcile distributor accounts and resolve financial discrepancies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions to improve cash flow and profitability.
Support audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
