Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saharanpur, responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and service delivery across the assigned district. This role includes managing and mentoring local teams, setting performance targets, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The District Manager will analyze district performance, prepare reports, and implement action plans to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve visiting branch locations, resolving escalated issues, coordinating with senior leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes within the district.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in district or regional management, with a focus on operations, sales, or service delivery.Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive operational and business improvements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and local stakeholders.Proven capability in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work across multiple locations.Comfort with on-site work, frequent local travel within the district, and engagement with field teams.Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Familiarity with basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and reporting systems.Experience in customer-facing roles and handling escalations in a professional, solution-oriented manner.Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices. .
