Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the team member will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search. Daily tasks include creating and updating digital content, monitoring campaign performance, collecting and analyzing marketing data, and preparing basic performance reports. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing colleagues to support lead generation initiatives and brand awareness activities. The Digital Marketing Executive will learn and apply digital marketing best practices under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret marketing data, track campaign performance, and identify trends.
Effective Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for coordinating with teams and engaging with prospects.
Creativity Skills to develop engaging content, campaign concepts, and social media ideas.
Foundational Marketing knowledge, including digital channels, basic campaign planning, and audience targeting.
Interest in Sales activities, with the ability to support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
Basic understanding of social media platforms, SEO concepts, and online advertising is beneficial.
Comfort with using MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
