Role Summary:
Own and scale personal line insurance (Motor, Health, Travel) through fintech partnerships, driving embedded insurance journeys, API integrations, and revenue growth across digital ecosystems.
What You Will Own
Revenue Growth: Drive GWP across fintech partners; meet monthly & annual targets Partnerships: Build & scale relationships with fintechs (payments, lending, neobanks, super apps) Embedded Insurance: Launch contextual products (loan-linked motor, sachet health, travel APIs) Integrations: Lead API journeys (Quote Buy Issue Service) with tech teams Product Expansion: Introduce new product lines across partner ecosystems Performance: Optimize funnels, conversions, and partner profitability
What We're Looking For
35 yrs in fintech partnerships / digital distribution / insurtech Strong understanding of API integrations & embedded journeys Exposure to motor/health insurance products Proven ability to drive business via partners Strong stakeholder & execution skills
Good to Have
Exposure to multi-product cross-sell models Understanding of digital customer journeys
Success Metrics
New Account acquisition (partners & integrations launched) GWP growth & partner contribution Conversion rates & funnel efficiency New product / use case rollouts
Ecosystem Hooks (for Targeted Hiring)
Experience in high-volume, low-ticket insurance distribution Understanding of in-app journeys, checkout embedding, and upsell hooks Ability to scale sachet products, subscription-linked insurance, and renewals Familiarity with wallet, UPI, and merchant ecosystem integrations .
