Position : Manager (Investment Banking)
Location : Gurugram
Work Mode : Work from Office
Shift Timing : 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Working Days : 5 days a week + 1 working Saturday per month

Job Overview :
This role involves supporting the execution of M&A and private placement transactions, with a strong focus on financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of client-facing deliverables. You will also collaborate with global teams on cross-border deals within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in origination and execution of M&A and private placement transactions
- Perform valuation analyses including DCF, LBO, trading comparables, and transaction comparables
- Prepare high-quality pitchbooks, valuation materials, CIMs, and management presentations
- Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel
- Support due diligence processes and data analysis
- Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market research
- Work closely with global teams on cross-border transactions
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Transaction roles
- CFA Level I / II (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Capital IQ (CapIQ) and PitchBook
- Exposure to sell-side transactions (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in the technology sector .
