The candidate will be responsible for preparing project-related documents, coordinating with internal team members and clients, and following up on document approvals under the guidance of senior team members. *Key Responsibilities* Prepare project-related documents using MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint under the guidance of senior team members.Read and understand basic process and engineering documents.Coordinate with clients for document submissions, reviews, and approvals.Follow up with clients for pending approvals and required information.Coordinate between internal project team members and clients to ensure smooth flow of information.Maintain and organize project documentation and records.Ensure documents are prepared accurately and submitted within the required timelines.Support the Project Department with documentation and coordination activities.Compensation: 8,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person .
