We are looking for a person who has an understanding of various destinations and tour sales packages. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Holiday Domestic and International Sales professional to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction during peak holiday seasons. This role will involve managing and executing sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, focusing on maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding targets. Roles & Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service. 2.Utilize effective sales techniques, including product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations, to close deals 3.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the holiday season, aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and develop tailored sales approaches to maximize revenue potential.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Requirements Candidate have experienced in Travel domain- Domestic & International Holidays.Candidate should possess destination knowledge of Short haul and Long haul.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of Domestic & International Holiday packagesExcellent business development and client acquisition skillsExceptional negotiation and closing skillsProficiency in maintaining databases and preparing reportsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relations with clientsMust be having flair knowledge of product destinations i.e., hotels categories, Transporter, sightseeing etc. .
