DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
ResponsibilitiesSource and attract candidates using various platforms like job portals, social media, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide feedback and support to candidates post-interview.
Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills.Proficiency in using job portals and social media for recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview processes.
