Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates should have good English communication skills and be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer calls and provide prompt and professional support. - Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions. - Maintain good English communication and customer service standards. - Follow Amazon process guidelines, policies, and quality standards. - Accurately record customer interactions and update required information. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Requirements - Any Undergraduate / Graduate can apply. - Freshers: Will be hired under an Apprentice role. - Experienced Candidates: Will be hired under a 6-month Contract role. - Valuable English communication skills required. - Versant Level 4 proficiency preferred. Salary: Freshers: 14,700 in-hand stipend under Apprentice role, Experienced Candidates: 15,600 in-hand salary under a 6-month Contract role. Benefits Shift & Working Details - Working Days: 6 days a week - Week Off: 1 rotational week off - Female Candidates: Shift window between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM - Male Candidates: Shift window between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM - Transport: No company transport facility.
