Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via voice calls.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple calls.
