Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited, is one of the worlds largest jewelry manufacturers, known for its focus on quality and innovation. The company operates four production units across 25+ acres, offering more than 500,000 designs created using diverse technologies such as casting, machine chains, stamping, fusion, handmade, CNC, electroforming, laser cutting, 3D printing, and hollow chains. We're in the process building a world-class international bullion & concentrate sourcing function. We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to establish and lead global sourcing relationships with gold producers (dore), gold/precious-metal concentrates, licensed exporters and national gold authorities across Africa and Latin America. This is a rare opportunity to build an international sourcing platform from the ground up and work directly with senior leadership on a high-impact strategic initiative. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's global dor sourcing strategy. Build direct relationships with large-scale gold producers, national gold authorities and licensed exporters. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and long-term offtake agreements. Build and lead an international sourcing team. Develop sourcing strategies across multiple producing countries. Ensure all sourcing activities comply with responsible sourcing standards and internal governance. Represent the company at international meetings and industry events. Who We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in bullion, precious metal sourcing, mining or commodity trading. Strong international network within the gold industry. Proven experience negotiating international commercial agreements. Deep understanding of dor sourcing, bullion pricing and refining economics. Experience working across Africa and/or Latin America is highly desirable. Strong leadership and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel internationally (4060%).
