01Responsibilities
- L2 Support: Conduct in-depth analysis based on functionalities and recent releases] and resolution of escalated production issues. [App failure, Gateway/Firewall issues, vulnerability issues etc.]
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve root causes of defects.end result, analysis + RCA [templatized] which can be passed on to L3[handover process includingany code fixes will be deployed by this team to test and then eventually elevate in production]
- *Develop and implement bug fixes and performance enhancements [Ph -II or PH-III]
- Automate and Understand all the supporting infrastructure elements like pipeline, IAC deployments, scripts, jobs etc. that are run to support application. Accurately document them and identify automation opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in computer science, AI/ML. Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Python Full Stack Developer with a flair of dev-ops experience will be good.
- Proficiency in Python and its popular frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Robust experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.
- Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) [Vantage point, good to have]
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices [Must]
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana) [Must]
