DotNet + Python Developer

As an Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end working products for the business users. Your role will involve applying techno-functional expertise drawn from both technical and functional experience to accomplish business goals efficiently and reliably.

- Software Development using .Net and Python Technology - Understand the problem statement and provide solutions using available technology options - Support the implementation of common architecture and strategies, applying Bank-wide standards and best practices - Drive analysts, designers, and engineers in technology teams to design, build, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions - Complete and elaborate complex functional designs in accordance with defined principles, blueprints, standards, and patterns - Design new complex business solution options with proof-of-concepts and articulate identified impacts and risks - Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve reported bugs, issues, and change requests on applications - Undertake peer reviews and review solution designs and architectures taking into consideration specific business, usability, and functional constraints, requirements, and dependencies

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Development using .Net and Python Technologies - IT experience in managing teams of complex and sizeable global IT change projects under varying project/programme environments - Strong working experience in .Net Core 8/10, C#, Blazor Client WASM, Blazor Office 365 integration, IIS, CSS, LINQ, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, REST API, Web Form, Razor, Entity Framework Core, SAP HANA - Experience in Python fundamentals, libraries, and data structures such as pandas, numpy, plotly, matplotlib, dash, flask, fastcgi, lists, dicts, sets, tuples, etc. - Hands-on experience with developing chat applications using any LLMs, strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques, and familiarity with ML-Ops - Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask), understanding microservices architecture, and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL desirable) - Ability to use Github Copilot and proficient in prompting for fast development Additional Details: As part of our flexible scheme, you will enjoy benefits such as best in class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry-relevant certifications and education, employee assistance program, comprehensive hospitalization insurance, accident and term life insurance, complementary health screening for individuals aged 35 and above.
