Job Title: Driver-cum-Office Assistant
Company: Back to Village (B2V)
Location: Ranchi (Jharkhand)
Role Summary: A dual-responsibility role ensuring safe, reliable transportation for Founder/CEO/guests and providing day-to-day administrative support to maintain a clean, well-functioning office environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving & Vehicle Maintenance
Safely drive passengers, strictly adhering to speed limits and traffic rules.
Maintain daily cleanliness (inside and outside) and check fuel, water, oil, and tire pressure.
Ensure vehicle documents (DL, RC, Insurance, PUCC) and FasTag balance are always up-to-date.
Coordinate timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and strictly park in authorized zones.
2. Office & Guest Support
Welcome visitors politely, assist with seating, and serve water, tea, or snacks.
Monitor and manage pantry inventory and office supplies.
Handle outdoor errands, including document dispatch/receipt, bank visits, and item purchasing.
Assist Admin/HR/Finance with basic filing, record delivery, and facility maintenance tasks.
Key Requirements
License & Driving: Valid commercial/private Driving License with a clean driving record.
Education & Experience: Minimum 10th pass with 2+ years of experience in driving and basic office work.
Behavioral: Punctual, courteous, neat appearance, and strictly no tobacco, gutka, or alcohol consumption on duty.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
