Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Home Loan Sales Manager to lead and grow our home loan portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team (if applicable), building strong relationships with clients and channel partners, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of home loan products (purchase, balance transfer, LAP, etc.)
Source business through open market, builders, brokers, and DSA channels
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and financial intermediaries
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Guide and support team members to meet performance goals (if team handling role)
Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applications
Maintain customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely disbursement
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
26 years of experience in home loan / mortgage sales
Strong knowledge of home loan products and market trends
Good networking and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record
Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
