01Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate purchase order fulfilment across multiple online retail/e-commerce channels
2. Cross-functional coordination with warehouse, finance, and channel/marketplace teams
3. Track and manage day-to-day dispatch, invoicing, and delivery timelines
4. Handle courier and logistics coordination, including appointment scheduling and issue resolution
5. Maintain accurate records and trackers for inventory, dispatch, and reconciliation
6. Troubleshoot operational escalations and ensure timely closure
7. Support process documentation and continuous improvement of operations workflows
