Job Description
Manage end-to-end program lifecycle from planning to delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.Identify and address risks or issues in a timely manner.Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project updates.Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.Document project processes and outcomes.Support the team in achieving goals.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience (10 -15 years) managing end-to-end programs in the insurance/BFSI space.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.Confidence in working with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of general insurance industry processes is a plus.
