Purpose Of The Role
Special Projects and Business Operations, steer and follow-up all Skoda brand and Skoda director task, meetings, activities cross all Skoda departments. Plan, support and execute Skoda brand internal and external events with dealers, Skoda Auto HQ and SAVWIPL. Steer and follow up directors budget spend and plan incl. execution of events through technically and financially. Support and coordinate regular all department reporting. This position is also pivotal as the center point of all planning culmination and harmonization across functions internally and externally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Works closely with the Director, Skoda Division for coordinating, conducting and implementing strategic/ financial analysis projects that may focus on any aspect of the Brands business activities. Lead the short term budgeting process across the division and responsible for planning and steering of the Director budget Support Director in key HR appointments across the division and Head Count planning as required Works cross-functionally across the Departments of Skoda Division (Sales, Dealer Network Development, Marketing, Press & One After Sales) to acquire key data inputs and plan meetings, making meeting minutes and follow up in calendar Analyze, advise and monitor all department in relation to compliance. Plan, steer and execute internal brand events and events with other internal and external partners dealers, SAVWIPL board etc. Coordinate all communication and internal motivational activities Coordinate interactions with internal and external functions including HQ. Also responsible for content development for important meetings .
