01Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CTOs calendar and prioritize appointments to align with strategic goals
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including research and analysis, project management, and communication
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials to support strategic decision-making
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks that may impact the CTOs objectives
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Monitor and manage the CTOs email and other communications to ensure timely and effective responses
- Prepare and review financial reports and other documentation to support decision-making
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and logistics, to maximize productivity and minimize disruption
- Attend meetings with the CTO and other stakeholders, and provide insightful and strategic input as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
02Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology or startup environment
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for driving innovation
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
