Location Wakad PCMC Experience 0-1Yr Qualification Graduate Post Gradu As an Education Counsellor 0-1Yr you will be at the forefront of our student acquisition strategy driving growth by identifying new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and providing guidance to students This role blends sales career advisory and client relationship management in the evolving landscape of educational technology Key Responsibilities Identify engage and convert prospective students through effective lead generation outreach and nurturing strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents and institutional partners to understand their needs and offer suitable education solutions Conduct career counseling sessions for students interested in higher education domestic and international Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns Identify potential clients including colleges universities and educational institutions for seminars webinars and product demonstrations Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various online and offline channels Make outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products and services Field work Visit colleges universities and other educational institutions to build relationships and promote our seminars or webinars Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction retention and referral generation Track and analyze sales performance metrics and optimize conversion strategies Requirements 0-1Yr of experience in B2C Sales EdTech Counseling or BPO industries freshers with robust communication skills may apply Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills A passion for education student success and continuous learning Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred Marketing Education Business Pune candidates will be preferred .
