Education Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and freshers for the post of tele calling executive profile to support our business.

The role involves engaging with customers over calls, driving educational sales and ensuring customer engagement through regular follow ups

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential based clients and introduce them about our campaigns , generate leads and vice versa conversion.
• Understand client's requirements and deal accordingly.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade customers and drive conversions over calls.
• Good knowledge of computer
• Proficiency in English

Qualification:

• Graduate & Undergraduates
• Relevant experience in telesales

Experience:

Freshers and Experienced both are eligible with decent communication skills.
