01Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Collaborate with team to support the end-to-end execution of the transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, valuation analysis and preparing IMs and pitch Books.
- IPO transaction management: Lead the entire execution process for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), ensuring they align with both regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Operational support and coordination: Provide operational support for deal execution, coordinating with underwriters, legal counsel, auditors, and other external parties to ensure the transaction progresses seamlessly.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping industries, actively prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, and meeting with different promoters.
- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and team members.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic insights, conducting market research, and effectively communicating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documents, such as term sheets and offering memoranda ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience specialising in investment banking and related functions.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution or a Chartered Accountant credential.
- Proven track record in managing end to end transactions, including due diligence, documentation, investor targeting, and valuations is preferred.
