Position : Electrical & Maintenance Head
Job Profile :
- Manage HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, MCCs, cabling, earthing, and plant power distribution.
- Handle VFD programming and troubleshooting, motor controls, and electrical systems for production equipment.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC machines, dynamic balancing machines, welding stations, cranes, compressors, and paint booth equipment.
- Implement CMMS for maintenance planning, spare management, and MTBF/MTTR tracking.
- Conduct RCA for recurring breakdowns using 5 Why, FMEA, and Fishbone analysis.
- Plan and execute annual shutdown maintenance, equipment overhauls, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Lead electricians, fitters, and maintenance supervisors while ensuring electrical safety and statutory compliance.
Desired Candidate:-
- Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Experience: 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Industry Experience: Fan / Pump / Steel / Heavy Engineering.
