Job Description We are looking for a Diploma (Polytechnic) holder in Electrical Engineering to join our Service Team. The role primarily involves the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, and troubleshooting of industrial machines at customer sites across India. Candidates with exposure to PLCs, VFDs, or industrial automation will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Install and commission industrial machines at customer sites.Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines.Troubleshoot electrical, control panel, and machine-related issues.Assist in PLC and VFD troubleshooting, programming, commissioning, and basic modifications whenever required.Support basic automation and machine control system activities.Inspect electrical control panels and identify wiring or electrical faults.Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams during installation and service activities.Prepare service reports after every customer visit.Ensure compliance with company safety standards and installation procedures.Travel extensively across India for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer support.Candidate Requirements Diploma (Polytechnic) in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).13 years of experience in electrical field service, machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, or industrial automation.Good understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and industrial electrical systems.Knowledge of PLCs (Delta, Siemens, Omron), VFDs, or SCADA will be an added advantage.Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.Willingness to travel extensively across India.Employee Benefits Competitive SalaryPerformance-Based IncentivesTravel & Fuel Allowance as per Company PolicyMobile & Internet ReimbursementHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceAccidental InsuranceLeave EncashmentFlexible Work ScheduleProduct & Technical TrainingCareer Growth OpportunitiesAnnual BonusHands On PLCs (Delta, Siemens, Omron), VFDs, or SCADA will be an added advantage.
