Experience : 3.00 + years Salary : Confidential (based on experience) Expected Notice Period : 7 Days Shift : (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Opportunity Type : Remote Placement Type : Full Time Contract for 3 Months(40 hrs a week/160 hrs a month) **(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers' client - Stealth Startup) **What do you need for this opportunity Must have skills required: Electrical architecture, troubleshoot modeling, Control Systems, data center power systems, Power Systems Modeling, PSCAD, Grid codes, Electromagnetic Transient Stealth Startup is Looking for:**** We are looking for a mid-to-senior level Electrical engineer ( Power Systems Modeling Consultant )with hands-on experience in PSCAD-based power system modeling, simulation, and validation . The ideal candidate will also have experience working with data center power systems, modeling, or architecture . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and validate electrical systems, components, and models, including power systems, control systems, and electrical circuits. Use specialized simulation and analysis tools, particularly PSCAD, to model system behavior under various operating conditions. Perform validation and verification of engineering data, models, and designs against applicable standards, specifications, and real-world benchmarks. Independently run validation tests using provided models/files and accurately interpret simulation results. Analyze simulation outputs, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot modeling, data, or system errors. Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, calculations, and findings for clients, engineers, and relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify technical requirements and deliver accurate engineering outputs. Apply knowledge of data center power systems, electrical modeling, or data center architecture to support project requirements. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity when handling proprietary client models, engineering data, and system information. Required Qualifications & Experience Mid-to-senior level experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field. Demonstrated hands-on experience using PSCAD for power system modeling, simulation, validation, or related engineering analysis. Strong ability to independently execute validation tests on provided models/files and accurately interpret results. Experience with data center power systems, modeling, electrical architecture, or related infrastructure. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve modeling or data discrepancies. Ability to prepare and communicate technical findings clearly through documentation and reports. Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity.
