Bulk Hiring for Email-Chat Suppport Executive
Job Role & Responsiblities -
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via email in a timely and qualified manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal departments when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Ensure all responses meet company quality and turnaround time standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams or supervisors.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution management.
Prepare reports related to customer queries and resolution status if required.
Fresher's/Experience can apply for this job.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
