01Requirements
Active AHIMA or AAPC Certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA) required.
Minimum of 2 years of emergency department coding experience.
Proficiency with EPIC and 3M 360 platforms.
Familiarity with ED workflows, documentation styles, and coding nuance.
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication.
Proven ability to meet high-volume productivity goals.
Experience with remote coding systems and per-chart compensation models.
