JOB DESCRIPTION:
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials Business unit P&L, Balance Sheet.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines.
- Prepare business unit P&L and variance analysis of actuals vs plan.
- Good command on departmental SGA, CGS Cost Centre Analysis & identify key drivers.
- Prepare management reports defining key indicators and metrics and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
- Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
- Preparation of financial presentations to BU Leadership teams.
- Drive Process optimization initiatives to create efficiency.
- Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
- Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
- Statutory audit support and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support in Ad-hoc requests.
- Drive continuous process improvement culture within group.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Finance Professional with minimum 7 years of work experience in FP&A Domain.
- Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
- Internal & External Stakeholder Management.
- Cross functional interactions with Operations & Sales teams.
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
- Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
- Power BI or related presentation tools.
