01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits for desktop-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install operating systems (OS) on new devices and configure Outlook email clients.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors as needed.
Job Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices.
Proficiency in installing OS installations and configuring Outlook configuration settings. .
