Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor server performance and availability using system monitoring tools.
• Respond to and resolve basic server alerts, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform initial diagnostics and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support.
• Assist in maintaining documentation of server configurations, incidents, and changes.
• Maintain server assets inventory.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and deployment tasks across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and automation standards.
