Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Engineer, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join our Global Security Office. This role will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing optimization of enterprise Identity Governance solutions with a solid focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud identity technologies, access governance, lifecycle management, and building AI-powered solutions that enhance identity governance capabilities.
This position will play a key role in advancing the organization's identity security strategy through contemporary cloud-based IAM capabilities, scalable governance processes, and the development of AI-powered identity governance solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen access controls, and provide intelligent insights across the identity ecosystem.
Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Design, build and deploy scalable identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), access requests, certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
Design and develop SailPoint ISC integrations with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications.
