01Key Responsibilities
Network Management: Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure peak performance, security, and stability.
Technology Experience: Demonstratable previous experience in supporting LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, security and firewalls, and data centre switching.
Change Management: Execute planned and BAU changes, patching and security updates within the client environments, following best practices.
24x7 Support: Be part of the on-call team to provide round-the-clock assistance.
Incident Management: Leverage ITIL principles and ServiceNow for troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain service continuity for our clients.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for client environments and solutions.
Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct deep dives to resolve complex issues, providing long-term fixes.
Service Development: Contribute to refining and standardizing Insights managed services solutions.
Knowledge Transfer: Be part of a collaborative team, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to other technical team members.

02Requirements
You will be skilled and experienced in one (or more) areas of Networking, Security or Data Centre technologies.
Provide support for multi-vendor platforms, including solutions from vendors such as Cisco, HP/Aruba, Palo Alto and Juniper,
Proven track record in delivering Network Managed Services for at least 3 years, preferably within a Cisco partner environment.
Valid industry certifications, such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, HP/Aruba ACMA/ACMP and any additional Partner Specializations (eg Cisco Black Belt)-will be an added advantage
Experience with network monitoring software and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
Experience in providing 24x7 support services and participating in shifts and/or on-call to provide round-the-clock assistance to clients.
Experience with onboarding and supporting new Managed Service and support clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tickets and prioritize urgency.
Problem-solver with an analytical mindset and a focus on root-cause resolution.
Team player with excellent communication skills and the willingness to mentor and support colleagues.
Team Leader Experience: any experience of managing and/or guiding technical support teams would be of interest
Commitment to quality, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
