Job Summary Reports to : Manager/Senior Manager Direct Reports: None Overview : Site Reliability Engineering Senior Engineer ensures high availability and reliability of critical systems, implements monitoring and alerting solutions, and drives operational excellence. Responsibilities - Design and implement reliability solutions for complex systems - Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability - Lead incident response and conduct thorough post-mortems - Implement automation to reduce operational toil. - Collaborate with development teams on reliability requirements - Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in production systems November 2025 - Drive continuous improvement of system reliability - Mentor junior SRE team members Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 4+ years of SRE or systems engineering experience - Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms - Programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages - Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) - Understanding of networking, databases, and system performance - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
