- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex issues that impact project outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of solutions. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in full stack development. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications using modern frameworks and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across front-end and back-end components. - Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and architecture principles to support robust solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
