01Overview
To lead HVAC system design ensuring energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and NBC standards while coordinating interdisciplinary design integration.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead HVAC system design including load estimation, duct routing, and equipment sizing.Review system layouts, schematics, and controls for accuracy and optimization.Coordinate with architecture and structure teams for space planning.Conduct design validation and value engineering reviews.Support site teams in installation, testing, and commissioning.Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to design best practices.
