01Overview
Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities Perform Structural design and detailing for concrete structures. Develop design reports and review drawings. Coordinate with detailing and site teams. Support design optimization for economy. Assist in technical discussions with clients. KEY INTERACTIONS Internal - To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables External - To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Masters in Structural Engineering (preferred) Language Skills- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred) EXPERIENCE Years of Experience - 1015 years in structural design and coordination. Nature of Experience - Design & Design Coordination SKILLS Technical Skills Software - ETABS, STAAD.Pro. Design Codes- IS, AISC (preferred), Eurocodes(preferred). Leadership / Behavioral Skills Detail orientation Collaboration Time management .
