Engineering Manager (Python & React exp) With US IT Product based Co.-Remote

Our Client is seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead a team of Fullstack Engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and platforms that serve both internal teams and external partners. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS products and platform capabilities. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering leaders to execute against product roadmaps, improve engineering effectiveness, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Exp - 12-18yrs Work Mode- Remote Required Skills : Have 12+ years of industry experience delivering enterprise-grade software products, including 35 years in an engineering leadership role. Have experience building or scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, and customer-facing applications using Python and React. Possess strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable microservices-based systems. Have experience coding with Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React and/or Angular. Demonstrate strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, security principles, reliability, and cost optimization. Have hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms and core cloud services. Understand CI/CD practices, deployment automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps principles. Have experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Demonstrate strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges. Be proficient with Jira, Confluence, and modern engineering collaboration tools. The following experiences are not required, but you'll stand out from other applicants if you have any of the following, in our order of importance: Experience with Databricks, Data Lakes, BigQuery, or modern data platform technologies. Experience working in a SaaS or product-led software organization. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams. Experience working in the Utility, Energy, or Sustainability domain. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. .
