- Own BOM creation, control, and accuracy across elevator products.
- Deliver detailed engineering and production drawings aligned to manufacturing needs.
- Lead new design and feature development, including value engineering and modularization.
- Drive design validation through calculations, trials, and testing.
- Manage ECNs and ensure configuration discipline.
- Work closely with Planning, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and timely releases.
- Conduct competition benchmarking to identify feature, cost, and performance gaps.
- Provide technical support to Sales for feasibility and pre-engineering.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
