About the role
You'll work on cloud software that helps technical teams collaborate and move faster: an established, in-production product that real customers rely on every day. You'll work directly with leadership who built products at Meta and Apple, on a team where you own meaningful work and your decisions have direct impact.
Location: On-site, Financial District, Hyderabad
What you'll do
Lead the engineering team day to day, owning delivery and technical direction
Architect projects end to end and make the high-leverage technical decisions across the stack, in ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS
Set up the engineering processes, standards, and rituals that let the team ship fast without breaking things
Mentor and grow engineers, raising the bar across the team
Break complex, ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive them to done
Make deliberate tradeoffs between creating tech debt and delivering business requirements
What we're looking for
8+ years of full stack engineering experience (strong senior engineers ready to step into a lead role are welcome)
Deep, hands-on command of ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS
A track record of technical leadership: architecting systems, mentoring engineers, and setting up engineering processes
Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
Excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus if you know: TypeScript, SQL, ExpressJS
